A Great Falls Public Schools Board of Trustees candidate forum, sponsored by Great Falls Rising, will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Great Falls College MSU, Room B101. Four candidates have filed for three open seats, representing both the elementary and secondary districts, for terms of three years. The candidates who have filed are Craig Duff, Gordon Johnson, Tony Rosales, and Paige Turoski.
As per Board Policy 6110 Administration-Superintendent, the Board will evaluate, at least annually, the performance of the Superintendent. As part of the adopted process, the District Board will accept public comment to be considered either in written form, due to the Superintendent Evaluation Committee Chairperson by April 23, 2025, or as public comment at the April 28, 2025 regular board meeting. Written comments will be accepted in the form of a narrative to the Evaluation Committee Chairperson's email or mailed to Amie Thompson, PO Box 2429, Great Falls, MT 59403. Anonymous submissions will not be considered.
