Overview

Who We Are

The Information Technology Department supports the entire school district with the technology needed to teach, learn, and run daily operations. Our goal is to provide an environment that supports students with building the skills they need to succeed in school and in their future. The following services are aimed at achieving this goal.

  • Provide technology access and devices.
    • Students have access to Chromebooks, computers, and adaptive technology in their schools.
    • Students in grades 7-12 can take their devices home if needed.
    • Classrooms have Promethean panels, document cameras, projectors, etc. to support learning.
    • Classroom technology is kept current to help students become confident using technology they will encounter in their futures.
  • Provide ongoing training to staff so they can effectively use and integrate technology.
  • Provide repair services by trained and certified staff for district technology.
  • Provide a safe and secure digital network, security cameras, and door access systems in schools.
