The HR Mission: Accomplishing the vision of Great Falls Public Schools in that ' All kids are engaged in learning today…for life tomorrow' involves the strategic alignment of academic resources, fiscal resources, physical resources and human resources.
Therefore, the GFPS Human Resource Department seeks to employ human resources and personnel practices so that GFPS is the employer of choice for every skilled and committed person who wants to work in the field of education in Montana.
The HR Department will provide an organizational framework to: recruit, select, classify, compensate, develop and reward the GFPS workforce, while ensuring an environment where Everyone Counts; Data Driven Decision Making is utilized; and Operational Excellence is emphasized.
