JAM resources offer a weekly one-minute exercise routine called JAMmin’ Minute®, an athlete-featured more extensive routine called JAM Blast®, and a monthly health newsletter called Health-E-tips.


 
 


Movement in the Classroom PIR went great!  We learned about Brain Gym, Brain Breaks, breathing and stretching in the classroom, and other school/ classroom programs and ideas to get students moving.  Keep your eyes open for more activities, PIRs, and teacher in-services on this topic, and remember MANY resources are available through the CARE Wellness Library.
