Change War: Each grade/class collects change in a jar- whoever has the most change wins. Bills can be placed in opponent’s jars to deduct points
Pie in the face: Students raise money to see which teacher or staff member receives a pie in the face or has to wear a crazy costume all day

Pay to wear a hat/ pajamas to school
Game night- Pay to participate
School dance or adult dance
