School to Home Coordinators:

 

The School to Home Facilitators in the Indian Education Program foster and encourage programs and services which meet the needs of Native American students, strive to create an open line of communication between the Native American student, family, school and community. The Facilitators act as a resource person in the schools for Native American culture. Some examples of the services provided by the Facilitators include: academic advising, tutoring, home visits, credit recovery, homework assistance, Native American Club, and social activities.
